Under the action of laser, the moisture contained in the dirt suddenly gasifies and expands, thereby breaking and peeling off the dirt. Since moisture exists in the surface, interior and lower parts of the dirt, although this force is much smaller than the impact force generated by ultrasonic cavitation, the peeling effect is better than ultrasonic cleaning.

Traditional laser cleaning machines sweep across the anilox roller with a wider beam, and obvious patterns will be formed at the overlap of the two lasers, similar to the patterns left when sweeping the floor of the broom. In the coating and high requirements of flexographic printing industry, the patterns will eventually be reflected on the printing product.

The C2500 uses the same working method as anilox roller, and cleans it in a dot-like pulse to improve cleaning and avoid 'sweeping the floor.'
