The sleeve-type ceramic anilox roller is made of compressible material in the inner layer, the middle layer is composite material such as fiberglass, and the outer layer is an aluminum layer. The ceramic engraving mesh is sprayed on the aluminum layer.
It is installed on the gas expansion core. When the gas expansion core is inflated, the air flow blows to the compressible material of the inner layer of the sleeve, making its inner diameter larger. After installation, stop inflation, and the sleeve anilox roller will be tightly fitted on the gas expansion core.
Its characteristics are light weight, high precision, and easy to disassemble and replace.
