1. Storage:
(1) The storage wooden box of ceramic anilox rollers should be stored in a dry indoor area to prevent damage caused by moisture, rain and direct sun exposure.
(2) When replacing the ceramic anilox roller, protect the surface of the ceramic anilox roller to prevent collision damage. The ceramic anilox rollers that have been completed must be cleaned in a timely and thorough manner. Do not store uncleaned and undried ceramic anilox rollers. When storing, wrap the rollers with packaging foil made of natural fibers and then put them in the storage wooden box.
(3) The ceramic anilox rollers not stored in the box should be fixed on a special storage bracket. It is strictly forbidden to place the roller surface inclined on the ground, as it may easily cause damage to the ceramic coating on the surface of the ceramic anilox roller.
2. Do not fix the belt directly on the roller surface of the ceramic anilox roller to lift the moving roller to avoid sliding and breaking the roller when lifting. The correct way to move the roller is to secure the belt or other support to the ends of the roller and avoid contacting the edges of the roller or other parts of the ceramic spray.
3. Before using the ceramic anilox roller, it must be carefully cleaned and carefully checked to ensure that there is no oil and dust.
4. After each printing, the surface of the ceramic anilox roller must be cleaned in time and thoroughly to avoid remaining ink drying and blocking the mesh hole. Once the remaining ink is drying and solidifying at the bottom of the mesh hole, it is difficult to effectively clean it, and it will accumulate more and more, reducing the effective volume of the mesh hole, reducing the ink release amount, affecting the printing quality.
5. Use mesh microscopes frequently to detect mesh holes of ceramic anilox rollers. If wear and clogging are found, timely measures should be taken.
6. Place a magnetic filter in the ink tank to remove metal impurities to avoid metal impurities scratching the surface of the ceramic anilox roller.
7. Do not overpressure the ink scraper in order to get more shades to increase wear of the ceramic anilox roller and scraper.
8. Do not press and rotate the dry ceramic anilox roller with the ink scraping rubber roller or ink scraping knife to avoid damage.
9. Every time you update the ink scraper, you need to reset the pressure. Incorrect pressure setting will cause scraper fragments to damage the surface of the ceramic anilox roller.
10. Stop using scrapers that have exceeded the maximum wear degree, establish a daily process to monitor the wear of scrapers, and steadily control the wear degree of the scrapers to avoid damaging the ceramic anilox roller.
11. Always keep the surface of the ceramic anilox roller parallel to the scraper, and check and calibrate the perpendicularity and horizontality of the roller and the scraper every 15 days.
12. Refuse to use inferior inks containing impurities to avoid damage to ceramic anilox rollers, scrapers or ink scrapers.
13. Remove dust and impurities on the surface of the printed product before printing and keep the printing part clean.
14. After printing, remove ink and dust splashing on the machine in time and restore the cleaning of the printing part.
15. Choose the correct mesh depth and opening ratio. The correct proportions mean smoother surfaces and slower scraper wear while making it easier to clean the mesh.
